Red Cabbage Sprouting Seeds have an attractive pinkish tinge to the stems that adds wonderful colour to salads. Eaten raw or cooked cabbages are an excellent source of Vitamin C. Aim to use all healthy outer leaves as the darkest green leaves contain the most nutrients.

Sprout in a warm dark place for white sprouts or in the kitchen out of direct sunlight for green sprouts. This gives two slightly different tastes & textures.

Fast growing red cabbage can be sown all year round. Sprouting Seeds are easy to grow in a jam jar making them ideal for children or alternatively grow in a sprouting kit.
