Black Eyed Peas Sprouting Seeds are delicious when used raw in sandwiches & salads. Alternatively blanch in boiling water & black eyed peas can also be added to stir-fries stews casseroles & soups. These tasty peas are often accompanied with sprouted green peas & lentils.
