The wine depicts typical characters of nashi pear, green apples & floral notes with a hint of pineapple & smells more like nashi pears, white peaches & granny smith apples. The wine is made in a very interesting way where the fruits are harvested in the cool of the night & transported to the winery where it is pressed & clarified. This flavour is concentrated but with enough acidity to keep the wine very lively. The alcohol content is about 11.85% This wine is best enjoyed with steamed dumplings.
