“A Seamless, easy drinking red”. Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the world's most noble grape varieties. The yellow Tail is made with these grapes sourced from the highest quality vineyards. The process of wine making pretty long where the grapes are crushed & the stem is removed & then they are kept for fermentation on skins in contact with oak. The temperature controls the fermentation which allows maximum varietal flavour, colour & tannin extraction. These are then bottled at the winery in Yenda, New South Wales.
