All duvets, pillows, bed linen & towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided. BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a fully tiled family bathroom with bath, rainhead shower (over), w.c., wooden vanity unit with wash-hand basin, & heated towel rail.  There is an additional cloakroom on the first floor with w.c. & basin. OUTSIDE To the rear of the house is a large & mostly private lawned garden, with mature flower beds & traditional borders. A spacious terrace is ideal for entertaining & is equipped with table & chairs, seating six comfortably. In addition there is a first floor sun terrace with wooden table & four chairs (steep wooden steps lead down to the garden). PARKING Off-road parking for 3-4 medium-sized family cars on drive to the front of the house. OTHER INFORMATION Gas fired central heating throughout & instant hot water. Wireless broadband internet available. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted. Wooden flooring in the sitting room & dining room with tiles in kitchen & bathrooms, & carpeted bedrooms.
