Product Description

Bring a taste (not literally, you understand) of the traditional country garden into your kitchen with this charming little pear tree. After all pears have been one of the staple fruits of this country for centuries. There's an Elizabethan recipe that describes ' Pears stewed in malmsey & flamed with brandy' that sounds like it would really get your dinner-party guests dancing on the table. & while our pear tree is strictly ornamental, it looks so completely realistic that you may have to warn your guests. Laden with ripening fruit that's almost ready for picking, it stands 45cm tall
