Enjoy a hands-on cookery lesson for you & a friend at The Smart School of Cookery who are well-known for their down-to-earth, practical & eager attitude to good food. This course is perfect for all ages & capabilities. This lesson will consist of just ten people with the chef therefore; he will work personally with you both & can clarify every tip & technique. After a warm welcome on arrival, you will get to meet your skilled cookery teacher who will talk your group through the day's programme & what you will all be cooking during your lesson. Then it will be your turn to get your apron on & begin cooking. During the class the chef will be available to answer any questions you may have. At the end of your session you will be able to sit down & taste what you have made over a relaxed meal with the other attendees. Again, there will be another session at the end of the day to answer any queries you may have.
