Master the delicate art of Dim Sum at the London Cookery School. With over 100 different types of Dim Sum there is quite literally something to suit everyone’s taste. This class will cover all the basics such as learning about the different ingredients & fillings of Dim Sum to even pronouncing them correctly. Under the helpful guidance of an experienced Chinese chef, you will follow step by step instruction from making & rolling the dough, preparing & mixing the fillings, forming the dumplings & cooking them. You will learn how to make Har Gow, (Prawn Dumplings), Chiu Chow Fun Gwor (Chiu Chow steamed dumplings) & Sui Mai (Open top Steamed Pork Dumplings). Finally you will be able to sit down to eat your own creations complemented by Chinese tea. After your class, you will be provided with a list of recommended products that have been used & a recipe booklet will be sent to you afterwards showing you all the recipes covered in the class.
