You could be taught by Valentina Harris who is a bright & passionate authority on Italian food & has written many books on the subject. The other chefs include Franck Pontais who has appeared on Ready Steady Cook & in regular broadcasts on BBC Radio; Tiffany Goodall who demonstrates at regional & national events & Martin Blunos who has held two Michelin stars for more than fifteen years. Martin's cooking attracts journalists of leading food publications from all around the globe & he appears frequently on television & radio including Saturday Kitchen. Your half day will consist of: -* Health & safety briefing* Hygiene brief* Wash hands, put on aprons & hats* Chef will introduce themselves & explain what they are cooking* Cooking starts, everyone will prepare their food & discuss the flavours of the dishes.
