It's a great experience that will certainly put a massive grin on their face. On arrival, you will be welcomed by the instructors then follwed by a briefing & safety briefing on driving. You will then receive a fifteen minute demonstration session with an instructor quickly followed by a basic driving instruction in a rally car. For the first driving session it's straight into the driving seat so your instructor can assess your driving skills (if any) & correct if necessary your clutch control, steering & braking techniques. The second session will consist of you being taught basic driving skills depending on your experience, more experienced drivers may be taught rally driving skills such as lift off oversteer & handbrake turns.
