Learning to ski is a very rewarding & exciting experience, & remember you only do it once! This lesson for beginners,
Includes:: a safety brief, introduction to the ski equipment, learning effective warm up techniques, what stance to have when skiiing, how to stop & how to get up if you fall over. Then you will descend a short distance so you can practice active balance exercises. Don't worry if you fall over, you're instructor will teach you the quickest & easiest way of getting back up to your feet. You may be asked to arrive up to half an hour before your appointed lesson time to give you time to collect your equipment & get changed. Then you will have an initial safety briefing & you're off to the slopes. This is a beginners lesson for a newcomer to the sport only.
