Sure Flap is a revolutionary battery-powered cat flap which reads your cat´s pet chip & only unlocks if it recognises the unique identification number. A pet chip is a tiny glass tube with a microchip which contains a unique identification number. This chip is implanted under your cat´s skin & the identification number is entered on a database together with the pet´s name & your address. A vet can then use a microchip reader to identify the owner of the pet. If your cat has not been microchipped you can also use the Microchip Cat Flap with a RFID collar tag. These collar tags can be purchased separately & are not included as part of the cat flap delivery. Sure Flap cat flap is compatible with all common microchip types & will work with your cat´s existing microchip. It is very easy to programme with just one press of the button & you can programme in up to 32 different chip numbers so it is perfect for multi pet homes.
