An extremely pleasant & aromatic wine. An expressive nose of small red fruits. Delicate spices give a lovely expression of the Syrah grape. The grapes are h&-picked; & then sorted, crushed & partial de-stemmed in the cellar. Fermented in open top, temperature-controlled vats for about 3 weeks, with regular cap-punching & pumping-over. Alcoholic fermentation in vats with native yeasts & malolactic fermentation in barrels.
