This Pinot is rich & balanced showing ripe fruit aromas of blackberry & plum. The taste is rounded & long with mellow berry flavours balanced by fine French oak tannins. Hand harvested in late April at 13.8 Baume, the crushed fruit was cold soaked for two days before fermenting, pressing & transferring to French oak puncheons. After 14 months maturation the was was revatted & bottled.
