Velvet & slightly chalky tannins create a template for the rich fruit & the careful use of oak, forming a wine of elegance & complexity & fabulous longevity potential. Will continue to develop & improve with age until at least 2017 Serve with Venison, rare Lamb, duck, ostrich, tuna, rich chicken dishes, cheeses. Please serve at room temperature.
