Terra Vermelha 100% Organic Cachaca is a handcrafted product produced by an environmentally friendly company in the South of Brazil. The distillery is certified organic by the IBD (Institutio Biodinamico), USDA & IFOAM. It has also recently received accreditation from the OFF (Organic Food Federation) in the UK. The organic sugar cane is hand harvested & the juice is organically fermented. This is then put through traditional copper pot stills.
