Charcoal filtered to take away the colour but leave a dry, yet soft & flavoursome rum with a delicious, creamy character. Perfect for cocktails such as Daiquiris & Mojitos or mixing with Cola for those who like to taste their rum! Nose: Fruity with a touch of lime & pineapple, hints of vanilla & toasty oak. The Foursquare Distillery, where it is produced, was built in the 1990's on the site of a 17th century sugar factory & is one of the most modern & environmentally friendly distilleries in the world.
