The Cousino family imported Sauvignon Gris vine cuttings from the Graves region in the mid 19th Century which produce distinctive wines with aromas of wildflowers, citrus & spice. Showing more body & richer texture than their Sauvignon Blanc cousin. This wine is green yellow in colour. With a bright, citric nose, it has appealing notes of quince, red apple & jasmine. It is fresh & vibrant in the mouth, enriched with tones of peachand soft citrus. A rounded, complex wine freshened by it's good acidity.
