Using the same method as in cognac making process, the double distillation technique results in a full-bodied rum with well balanced flavours. To be enjoyed by connoisseurs! Nose: White fruits, vanilla, haystack, underwood, freshly cut grass, green apple & lime peel. Palate: Medium-full bodied, sweet spices, bitter candy. On ice and/or with fruit liquor. Only 20, 000 litres of this rum is produced annually.
