The Manchester Distillery has created a gin that emulates China's rich history of trading exotic spices & flavours. Mandarins are macerated with Manchester Vodka & then pressed. The leftover pulp is then added to the still along with juniper & a whole host of other botanicals such as cinnamon, Sichuan pepper, cloves, star anise & fennel seeds. This exotic spirit is then refined with the juice, et voila, Mandarin dynasty gin.
