Well, the first thing to greet your lips & tongue is a nice fresh burst of juniper, which is very quickly followed by a mix of lovely spices that seem to wrap their arms around your senses & create a wonderful symphony of flavours. Among them is a really nice tangy liquorice, offset with some subtle background notes of clove. A mild sweet, almost oral element, comes through, but this sits on top of an earthiness that acts as a great undertone to the total sum of flavours. The heat that slowly fades in while sipping this gin is extremely smooth, & it is accompanied with a dryness that matches, at the end you're left with some subtle notes of cinnamon to encourage you to go back for more.
