- This small grower in Champagne has vineyards spread over seven hectares in 10 villages in the Marne which they work sustainably. The vineyards & cellars was passed from father to son & they have been producing Champagne since 1933. This is an intense, savoury wine with notes of baked brioche, crème caramel & a hint of shitake mushroom. The palate has a lovely weight to it with a good lovely long finish. Try this with roasted game or a mushroom risotto.
