- This small grower in Champagne has vineyards spread over seven hectares in 10 villages in the Marne which they work sustainably. The vineyards & cellars was passed from father to son & they have been producing Champagne since 1933. On the nose aromas of pear & apple come though with a hint of dried porcini. The palate has notes of baked apple & has a long rich finish. Try pairing this with roast pork.
