70cl / 63.3% / Adelphi - A big and bold smoky dram bottled by Adelphi, this is a classic Ledaig. There's no Ledaig distillery, it was instead the name that Tobermory used to go by, and it's now the name of the distillery's smoky spirit. This was distilled in 2007 and bottled at 11 years old from a refill sherry cask, with the decade in oak just enough to rub off the rough edges to reveal a punchy whisky packed with peat smoke and seaside character.
