- A blend of double- & triple-distilled malts from Lambay. This is a joint venture between the Baring family, which owns Lambay isl&, & the Camus family, which supplies the Cognac casks in which the whisky is finished after four years in ex-bourbon barrels. This is rich & fruity with notes of ripe bananas, ripe berries, coconut & malt.
