This wine is bursting with flavour - lime zest, yuzu, white flowers, baby powder, mandarin and a touch of apple turnover come through on the nose. The palate is vibrant and fresh with plenty of citrus, green apple and white grapefruit with a crisp dry finish. A perfect wine for seafood or a goats cheese salad.
