70cl / 49.1% / Distillery Bottling - Batch 3 of Islay distillery Kilchoman's small-batch UK exclusive single malt has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-oloroso sherry and ex-Sauternes wine casks. Aromas of barbecued lemon wedges, mango, oatcakes and vanilla pods fill the nose, complemented by notes of green apples, honey, festive spices and rich, thick smoke that builds throughout the palate and lingers in the finish.
