- This rum was produced at Brazil’s Epris distillery in 2011, matured in a first-fill bourbon barrel for 12 years & bottled by Single Cask Nation. There are aromas of mushy bananas, ripe mango, toasted almonds & coconut on the nose, leading to notes of tar & barnyard funk on the palate.
