70cl / 48.4% / Douglas Laing - A 2007 Craigellachie single malt from independent bottler Douglas Laing that was matured in a refill hogshead for 15 years, before being bottled in February 2022 as part of its Old Particular series. Aromas of sweet barley, grist and baking spices fill the nose, complemented by notes of vanilla toffee, honey, malted barley and cereal throughout the palate.
