70cl / 50% / Hunter Laing - A 2007 Craigellachie single malt from independent bottler Hunter Laing that was matured in a single sherry butt for 14 years, before being bottled in February 2022 as part of its Old Malt Cask series. Aromas of toffee, fresh herbs and green apples fill the nose, complemented by notes of peaches, red berries, milk chocolate and peppery spice throughout the palate.
