Sweet, floral aromas of apple blossom, malted barley, pear, line and soft vanilla fudge fill the nose, followed by hints of chocolate and fresh pine. The palate offers notes of black pepper, green apple, keylime pie, apple blossom, aniseed, banana and oak.

- A 2005 Craigellachie single malt, matured in a refill bourbon barrel for 13 years before being bottle by Gordon & Mac Phail in June 2019, as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Sweet, floral aromas of apple blossom, malted barley, pear, line & soft vanilla fudge fill the nose, followed by hints of chocolate & fresh pine. The palate offers notes of black pepper, green apple, keylime pie, apple blossom, aniseed, banana & oak.
