- A 1995 Craigellachie single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing, matured in a single refill sherry butt for quarter of a century before being bottled in June 2021 as part of its Xtra Old Particular series. Aromas of waxy lemon peel, pecans, golden syrup & freshly-baked pastries fill the nose, complemented by notes of leather, oak, rich malt, red apples, strawberries & raspberry Crème Brûlée throughout the palate.
