Aromas of coastal smoke, fruit chutney, smoked mackerel, savoury herbs and sweet caramel fill the nose, complemented by notes of dried fruit, raspberry coulis, cherries, orange peel, dark chocolate, bonfire embers, rich smoke and warm spices throughout the palate.
