Aromas of barbecued pork, paprika, cracked black pepper and lime juice fill the nose alongside hot chocolate, caramelised hazelnuts and a hint of sea spray. The palate offers notes of green peppers, salt-and-pepper crisps, chocolate, freeze-dried raspberries and wood smoke that linger in the finish.
