- An 11-year-old Caol Ila bottled by Elixir Distillers in 2023 as part of the Single Malts of Scotland Reserve Casks range. This small-batch release was made by marrying refill sherry butts, which has imparted aromas of tropical fruit cake, raisin & honeydew melon on the nose, alongside notes of barbecue smoke, charred citrus peel & brine on the palate.
