Matured in a single cask, this whisky has warming aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger biscuits and pumpkin pie, with hints of saffron, orange oil and creamy cereal developing slowly. The palate offers notes of barley sugar and warming spices, balanced by bergamot, toasted teacakes and sweet brioche buns, before a lingering spicy finish, full of ginger biscuit flavours.
