- Toasted Brioche Bun was distilled in 1991 at Bunnahabhain & bottled by independent bottler Wemyss. Matured in a single cask, this whisky has warming aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger biscuits & pumpkin pie, with hints of saffron, orange oil & creamy cereal developing slowly. The palate offers notes of barley sugar & warming spices, balanced by bergamot, toasted teacakes & sweet brioche buns, before a lingering spicy finish, full of ginger biscuit flavours.
