- This Irish whiskey is named after the mountain near Sligo, which was the reputed birthplace of King Cormac, the first great High King of Irel&. It was matured in ex-bourbon casks for 10 years & a further four years in Tokaji sweet wines casks. Familiar aromas of green orchard fruit shortbread & butterscotch are joined by tobacco leaves & medjool dates on the nose.
