- Located in the Uco Valley in Tupungato – an area where vines grow at high altitude which allows the grapes to ripen fully but retain their freshness. This is a simple unoaked Viognier with a gentle peach & apricot perfume which follows through on the palate finishing with a splash of mandarin. This wine pairs well with a prawn risotto or a crab pasta.
