Sasanokawa Shuzo, a sake maker from northern Japan, & Ichiro Akuto, a grandson of the original owners, rescued the last casks from Hanyu Distillery which are being released in limited edition bottling of Hanyu single malt whisky & Hanyu single cask whisky.
