The fourth in the now famous Experimental Series, Glenfiddich's Fire & Cane fuses the brand’s smoky whisky with malts that had been maturing side-by-side in bourbon casks & then finished in Latin rum casks producing a surprising mix of Glenfiddich’s sweet & fruity signature style with an overlay of caramel toffee sweetness. The nose has soft peat notes & a touch of toffee. Palate is smoky, baked apples & toffee & finish is lingering smokiness & sweetness.
