Matured in a combination of PX & Oloroso sherry, first-fill bourbon and virgin oak casks, this is a punchy, thick and delicious dram. Colour: Red Bronze Nose: Heather honey, toffee apples and sweet spice, followed by layers of orange peel. Palate: Oodles of heather honey, vanilla and toffee, with wonderful notes of eucalyptus, orange peel and Caribbean spices. Finish: Spiced fruit, cereals and honey
