A 1991 Cambus single grain whisky, matured in a single sherry butt for more than two decades, before being bottled by Carn Mor in April 2019, as part of its Celebration of the Cask series. Nose: Fresh orange sweetness with a hint of golden syrup. Palate: Raisins, milk & cocoa are the predominant flavours with a decent amount of spiciness. Finish: A lasting smoke flavour balanced nicely with a small after taste of candied lemons.
