To prevent ankle, knee & back problems, the treadmill features adjustable Flex Select cushioning that can be activated for joint support or turned off to simulate a road running feel. The machine is fitted with a 10'' full colour capacitive touch display with an adjustable viewing angle & gives you access to an ever-growing fitness library of interactive workouts led by world's best trainers thanks to i Fit® Coach technology (1-year Family membership included). To stay in a correct heart rate zone & maximize results, measure your pulse using hand pulse sensors or a Bluetooth® Smart wireless receiver with an optional chest belt.
