Two Moors Way, a 150km / 93 mile long-distance trail between Lynmouth on the north coast of Devon & Ivybridge near Plymouth, crossing Exmoor & Dartmoor National Parks, presented at 1:40, 000 on a light, waterproof & tear-resistant map from Harvey Map Services. This guidebook describes the 187km (116 mile) Devon Coast-to-Coast Path, or Two Moors Way. The trek travels south to north, from Wembury on the south coast, up through Dartmoor & mid-Devon, through Exmoor to Lynmouth on the Bristol Channel. The trek can be adjusted to suit each walker, & can take between a week to 10 days depending on itinerary. Susie Kelly & her husband Terry had long dreamed of owning a home in France, but ironically it wasn`t until they were facing homeless penury in England that they realized their dream. With five dogs, two parrots & their elderly horses, they moved to an old farmhouse in the Poitou-Charentes region with dirt floors, no water & a primitive electricity supply.
