The 1:50 000 topographic map gives a more general picture of the ground features than a basic map. An English professor at North Carolina State University, Barbara Bennett spent a recent sabbatical as a hands-on volunteer, working with lions, leopards, & other wild creatures at Harnas Wildlife Foundation in Namibia. Based on her incredible experiences there, she authored this beautiful book
