Lanark in 1896 in a fascinating series of reproductions of old Ordnance Survey plans in the Alan Godfrey Editions, ideal for anyone interested in the history of their neighbourhood or family. Most of the town centre is included & coverage stretches south to Bankhead, west to Steele`s Cross, & north to Gallow Hill. On the east side are the various railway junctions
