Lancashire is an ideal place to cycle & cycling is a great way to explore the county. There is easy riding on the flat expanses in the west & gentle undulations of the Ribble Way. More exacting challenges are available in the West Pennine Moors & the epic crossing of the Bowland Fells. Despite these remote wildernesses, there are various pubs & accommodation available at each stage of the route.
