The River Hayle runs north-south through the centre & on the west bank is the village of Uny Lelant, including railway, Griggs & St Unys church. Other features include St Wilfrid`s church, Paddockhall Road, Muster Green, Holy Cross Home orphanage, Bolnore, Butler`s Green, Burnthouse Farm, Hatchgate Farm.
