On the reverse, five main cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Suzhou & Hangzhou, have street plans of their central areas, annotated with numerous places of interest, hotels, etc. Scales vary from 1:70, 000 for Shanghai to 1:30, 000 for Hangzhou, so does the presentation of place names from most in dual script on the Beijing plan to mainly transliterated for Guangzhou. None of the plans of maps are indexed.
