2012 edition of the Great Britain road map from Collins at 1:550, 000, displaying major roads, counties, a distance chart and street plans of major cities on a double-sided, indexed map. Suitable for route planning.Motorways, A and B roads and many minor roads are shown. For practical navigation, junctions, toll roads and service stations are marked. Markers indicate distances between selected points. Airports and major ferry routes and terminals are highlighted.Counties are displayed using full names and different colours, and additional text indicates geographical regions such as moors and mountain and hill ranges. Spot heights show major peaks.One side of the map shows the whole of Wales and most of England to the centre of North Yorkshire. The reverse shows the rest of England,
